The C Lounge operates on discretion. This policy explains how we handle information shared with us in confidence.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information required to arrange and deliver your requested services: your name, contact details, travel details and, where necessary, special requirements. We do not collect information we do not need.
2. How Information Is Used
Your information is used solely to coordinate your itinerary, communicate with you and, where you request it, to place arrangements with trusted partners. It is never sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes.
3. Confidentiality
All information shared with The C Lounge is treated as strictly confidential and is accessible only to the individuals directly involved in delivering your service. We do not disclose client identities or itineraries to third parties without your express permission.
4. Data Retention
Records are retained only as long as necessary to deliver services and to meet our legal obligations. Upon your written request, we will delete or anonymise your personal data, subject to applicable law.
5. Your Choices & Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, restriction, portability, objection or deletion of your personal data. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing. Some records may be retained where required for contracts, accounting, security or other legal obligations.
6. International Coordination & Suppliers
Global requests may require information to be transferred to trusted suppliers in another country. We limit disclosure to what is reasonably necessary for the requested service and instruct recipients to handle it confidentially. Supplier systems and local law may apply to their processing.
7. Website Technology
The current site does not activate advertising cookies. If analytics or additional technologies are enabled, this notice and any consent controls should be updated before activation.

Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your engagement with The C Lounge and any services arranged through us.
1. Nature of Services
The C Lounge is a private concierge and aviation authority. We arrange, coordinate and manage travel and lifestyle services on your behalf through a vetted network of partners and suppliers.
2. Arrangements & Payments
All services are subject to confirmation and availability. Where deposits or full payment are required by suppliers, such amounts will be communicated before any commitment is made. Pricing is provided privately and confirmed in writing.
3. Changes & Cancellations
Cancellation terms vary by supplier and by the timing of the change. We will always communicate the applicable terms clearly before an arrangement is placed and will use our discretion to minimise any loss on your behalf.
4. Liability
We act with the utmost care in selecting and instructing our partners. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The C Lounge is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers, including airlines, hotels, ground operators and specialist providers, beyond the care exercised in their selection.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alexandria.

Membership Agreement
Membership at The C Lounge is by application and invitation. This agreement sets out the standing arrangement between the member and The C Lounge.
1. Application & Admission
Applications are reviewed personally by the desk. Admission is at the sole discretion of The C Lounge and is communicated privately. Membership may not be transferred or assigned without written consent.
2. Membership Tiers
Membership is offered in three tiers — Signature, Privé and Sovereign — each conferring the access described at the time of application. Tier benefits may evolve as the service and its network develop.
3. Fees
Membership fees, where applicable, are quoted privately and are subject to the terms stated in your invitation. Fees are non-refundable once the arrangement is activated, except as required by law.
4. Confidentiality
Both the member and The C Lounge undertake to hold all information shared within the arrangement in strict confidence. This obligation survives the termination of membership.
5. Termination
Membership may be terminated by either party with written notice. The C Lounge reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where a member acts contrary to its standards or where continued service would compromise safety or discretion. Fees, open supplier commitments and benefits following termination are governed by the written invitation and applicable law.
